This will give the school an administration account permitting its staff to enter the students� data into the site. This data can then be seen by the parents using their usernames and passwords. This same data is sent automatically by SMS to the parents cellular phones. This data is basically the exam results, the monthly reports, absence, and important events announcements. Since that this application is web based, only the basic knowledge of the use of a web browser is needed to use it.

9	Data privacy	Application sets privileges for every user, for example, the parent can only access this application using user name and password to see data bout his child only and can't delete or change any data from the application.
